Buffalo Run Park
Buffalo Run Park is a fun park located in Missouri City (SW Houston)! There are 1.9 miles of trails with four small lakes to enjoy. The entire park took us about an hour to explore.
The first half of the park consists of paved trails, the second half is gravel paths.

The most picturesque part of the park is the Observation Tower at Bluegill Pond located near the parking lot off of Buffalo Run road.
The park actually serves as a retention pond for Missouri City, but the lakes offer some amazing views.
All four lakes are also navigable by boat and there is a boat ramp here as well.
Keep your eye out for wildlife
