Helen’s Park
Helen’s Park is a small park located in central Houston that is most known for offering great photo shoot opportunities! Dress nicely and bring a professional camera when visiting.
Helen’s Park is located near a neighborhood library and YMCA center. We always park our car at the YMCA next door and walk over.
It’s very peaceful here when there’s not a crowd of people (which there usually is – everyone taking professional photos). The running water flowing through the middle of the park makes the environment very tranquil.
The pictures below are from a cold winter day and don’t do the park justice, but in the springtime when the greenery and flowers are in full bloom, I guarantee it is beautiful!
