Little Thicket Park
Little Thicket Park, located in the Heights, is a 10.6 acre slice of nature. There is a small wooden deck to relax at as well as a small basketball court and swings. The park is a good place to take a short stroll or observe nature for a few minutes. The trails here overlook a small creek and there is a route to head down to the creek.
Overall, this park could use some renovations. It is small and secluded and surrounded by some run-down houses. There is no designated parking lot where Google Maps directs you, but there is street parking in the neighborhood. This is not one that we will likely return to visit.
