Wetlands Park at Riverstone
The Wetlands Park at Riverstone is a rich mini-ecosystem inside the large Riverstone master-planned community in Sugarland. The park aims to replenish some of the native Houston environment that has been lost to Sugarland housing development.
It’s small, but a nice neighborhood park to walk or bike around and enjoy scenery. We saw a few egrets! There are educational placards posted along the trails.
It took only took us about 30 minutes to walk through. But don’t worry if you’re looking to experience more nature, there’s plenty of other Sugarland parks nearby. Our favorites are Kitty Hollow and Oyster Creek!
